Hi Roberta, that was fantastic information and a super interview- loved it. I have a question regarding after death life review which I understand every one has to go through. Is this a painful experience both mentally and physically ?, and what is the purpose for this experience. Are we judged or condemned because of it and what is the bottom line benefit for us at that point? Blessings Danny
Hello Danny! Generally I am notified when someone comments here, but oddly I am receiving notice of your comment a full year and a half later! I apologize.
To answer your question, our life review seems to be meant to help us process, assess, and learn as much as we can learn from our life just lived. It is often psychologically stressful, even painful, as we confront the ways in which we may have done something hurtful; but it isn’t physically painful. We are well supported and loved throughout the process, and helped to forgive ourselves and everyone else. The benefit, of course – and the point of it all – is spiritual growth! Providing a better way for us to grow spiritually is the reason why the universe exists.
